Product Care Guide

Thank you for choosing a custom-made product from JB Customs! Proper care will help keep your item looking its best and performing as intended. Please follow the care instructions for your product type below. If an individual product includes more specific instructions, those directions take priority.

Sublimation Drinkware & Sublimated Items

• Hand wash only using warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge.
• Do not place in the dishwasher, microwave, or freezer.
• Avoid extreme heat, extreme cold, and sudden temperature changes.
• Do not soak or leave submerged in water for extended periods.
• Avoid abrasive scrubbers, harsh chemicals, and bleach, which may damage or fade the design.
• Dry promptly after washing.

Laser-Engraved Tumblers & Drinkware

• Hand washing is recommended to help preserve the finish, lid components, vacuum seal, and temperature-retention performance.
• Wash with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge or cloth.
• Do not microwave or freeze.
• Avoid sudden or extreme temperature changes.
• Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, or abrasive scrubbers.
• Remove and clean lids, straws, and removable seals separately. Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling.

Wood Products, Door Hangers & Décor

• Wood products are recommended for indoor use unless the individual listing specifically states otherwise.
• Keep away from standing water, prolonged moisture, extreme heat, and extended direct sunlight.
• Dust gently or wipe with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Do not soak or place in a dishwasher.
• If you would like to display a wood item outdoors, use only in a covered, protected location.
• For added durability, you may apply an exterior-grade clear protectant or sealant suitable for the product's material and finish. Test first in a small, hidden area and follow the protectant manufacturer's directions.
• Outdoor exposure may naturally cause fading, warping, or weathering over time, even when a protectant is used.

General Care

• Handle personalized and handcrafted items with care.
• Avoid dropping, scratching, or exposing products to conditions outside their intended use.
• Natural materials may have small variations in color, grain, and texture. These are normal characteristics that make each piece unique.
